Transaction Terms

To make a transaction on vionlearning website, you
are bound to pay for that transaction.
Please pay close attention to your payment details
such as total bill, taxes, shipping costs, and discounts.
There are certain products which require additional Terms
and Conditions which you have to agree to before you make the purchase.
If a delegate has completed the course and is eligible for a
certificate, then same shall be delivered to the address provided by the delegate within 30 working days.
WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
SOLD ON OR THROUGH vionlearning.
No additional or different terms contained in any purchase order, document, transmission or other communication
shall be binding upon vionlearning unless agreed to by vionlearning in writing.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Class registrations are not confirmed until payment is received in full. VION reserves the right to cancel
registrations if payment is not received within 10 business days of registration submittal, and a minimum of
2 business days prior to the start date of the course.
2. All purchases of training are final and non-refundable.
3. You may either reschedule or select credit toward a future class up to 14 calendar days prior to the start date
of the class you are currently registered for. The credit must be used within 6 months of the original course start date.
4. Course enrollment substitutions are acceptable any time up to the course start date, but the VION training
coordinator must be notified prior to the class start date.
5. VION reserves the right to cancel any class. If a class is canceled, we will contact students by telephone
and email to arrange for training credit. Every effort will be made to reschedule a canceled class or transfer
enrollments to a later date.
6. As an important courtesy to students, every attempt will be made to ensure that students are notified at least
seven calendar days prior to the start of the first day of class for any course that is canceled.
7. substitutions are allowed up to 48 hours prior to any class start. Contact VION Training via email at least
48 hours in advance of class start to arrange for a substitution. No refunds or rescheduling is permitted if
you fail to contact Fortinet Training within the described cancellation policy timeline.
8. No charge shall be made where notice of cancellation is received by VION, at least 10 working days prior to the
start date of the course or certification;
9. 50% of the fee will be charged as cancellation charge where notice of the cancellation is received by VION
between 5 and 10 working days prior to the start date of the course or certification;
10. 100% fee will be charged as cancellation fee where either no notice of cancellation is received or the same
is received less than 5 working days prior to the start date of the course or certification.
11. Please note that the above cancellation policy may not apply where the inability of a student to attend is
caused by medical illness. Upon presentation of a medical certificate and at Team VION discretion, the
course fee will either be refunded in full or the enrolment commuted to a subsequent course at a date suitable to the student.
12. Limitation of Liability
VION will use its best endeavors to commence and complete all training courses at the times and on the dates advertised.
In the event of cancellation of a course for any reason whatsoever, VION liability
to students shall be limited to a full refund of the course fee only. VION will not accept
liability for any loss consequential or otherwise that may arise from the failure to deliver
a course on the scheduled date and time.
